Jennifer Cox serves as the Head of HR at Pandora since June 2023, leading the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations teams in Britain and Ireland and collaborating with Sales Teams to enhance operational value. Previously, Jennifer held various senior HR roles at Vodafone from September 2014 to March 2023, including Global Senior HR Transformation Manager, where efforts centered on a digital HR transformation, as well as Global Culture & Inclusion Programme Manager, focusing on inclusion and wellbeing initiatives. Earlier experience includes HR roles at Siemens, Barclaycard, and various positions within Siemens’ rotational HR Graduate scheme. Jennifer's educational background includes a CIPD Chartered membership and a master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University.
