Adam Plachta is the current Head of Customer Success at Pando. Prior to this, they were the Director of Customer Success at NeuroNav from June 2021 to January 2022, where they grew and led NeuroNav's team of Service Navigators. Plachta has also held positions at Newfront Insurance and Greenhouse Software. At Newfront Insurance, they led a team of 6 Account Managers and was responsible for driving net retention and incremental ARR. Adam also designed and operationalized processes that led to increased rep efficiency and improved customer experiences. At Greenhouse Software, they led a top performing team of Mid-Market Customer Success Managers in San Francisco and Denver that for two quarters in a row brought in more than 50% of CS net expansion. Adam also helped establish the Denver office by hiring CSMs and interviewing for other positions.
Adam Plachta attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo where they majored in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. After graduation, they obtained certification from Greenhouse Software in Greenhouse Certified.
