Nick C. serves as the Global VP and Practice Leader for Delivery Solution Architects at Databricks, where responsibilities include designing and scaling a new global function to enhance customer support in a consumption SaaS business model. With extensive experience in customer success across various regions, Nick has held multiple VP roles focused on building and expanding customer success organizations in EMEA and APJ. Nick's investment and advisory engagements include roles with Haize Labs, RTP Global, Index Ventures, Pandatron, and WAU. Additionally, Nick co-founded Data Scout, contributing to its success in the B2B SaaS sector, and has held senior positions at MuleSoft and Informatica, building customer success functions and driving significant business growth. Nick holds a BA in Business Administration from Solent University.
