Birol Ipci currently serves as the Vice President of Digital Solutions at Panda Retail Company, part of Savola Group, since January 2019. Previously, Birol held the position of Chief Information Officer and Digital Transformation Lead at Bizim Toptan Satış Mağazaları, spearheading significant transformational changes and securing stakeholder buy-in. From July 2013 to October 2017, Birol operated as an IT and Supply Chain Consultant for Retail at Ipci Management Consultancy in Russia, focusing on IT roadmaps and supply chain logistics. Birol's earlier roles include CIO and Supply Chain Director at Tesco, where technical and logistics functions were driven for 180 stores, and IT and Organization Manager at Praktiker, as well as positions at Bauhaus and Logo Business Solutions. Birol graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Middle East Technical University in 1994.
