Silvio Sato has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as GERENTE P & D at Lua Nova - Panco since 1990. Previously, Silvio held the position of Chefe de garantia de qualidade at Beatriz food/Swift/Gelita from May 1979 to December 1989, overseeing quality control in laboratories specializing in microbiology and instrumentation. Silvio's career began as a Chemistry Teacher at the Governo do Estado de São Paulo from February 1979 to July 1989, teaching at a technical school during nighttime hours. Silvio's educational background includes a degree in Chemistry from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, an industrial administration postgraduate degree from Fundação Carlos Alberto Vanzolini-USP, and a specialization in Baking Science & Technology from AIB-Iinternational.
