Fabíola Nóbrega serves as the Coordenadora de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento at Panco since June 2021, overseeing the strategic planning and coordination of corporate training and development across all business units. Key responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, developing annual plans and budgets, creating performance indicators, and supporting HR teams at various sites. Prior experience includes roles as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Mitsui Prime Advanced Composites do Brasil, where Fabíola implemented training needs assessments and managed the HR budget, and as Especialista de Desenvolvimento Organizacional at AlmavivA do Brasil, where the focus was on establishing training programs and performance evaluation systems. Additional roles involved HR analysis and recruitment in previous positions, demonstrating a strong trajectory in organizational development and human resources. Fabíola holds an MBA in Artificial Intelligence applied to business (in progress), and additional MBAs in Business Management and Strategic Human Resource Management, along with a degree in Psychology.
