Danielle Azevedo Pinto is an experienced EMEA Solution Architect at Panaya since April 2023, where technical expertise and client focus are utilized to support sales and address customer challenges. Prior to this role, Danielle worked at IBM from March 2017 to May 2023 as a Senior Sales Solution Consultant for Latin America, focusing on building relationships with enterprise customers and leveraging artificial intelligence and automation solutions to tackle business challenges. Danielle's career at IBM also included roles as a Business Strategy and Transformation Consultant Trainee and in Finance Planning for Latin America. Earlier, Danielle served as an Office Intern at The American Society of São Paulo, managing communication and supporting marketing efforts. Danielle holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
