Asher Taub is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and management in the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Panaya since November 2011, Asher is responsible for supporting a strategic customer base and overseeing global customer success management initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Customer Success Manager at Panaya, where technical expertise in cloud solutions was utilized to assist major enterprises, and positions at iDent-Surgical, BioHorizons, BNY Mellon, the Office of the Future, Shearson Lehman Hutton, and Info-Sci Technical Services, ranging from sales and management to systems development. Asher holds a BS in Computer Science from Brooklyn College.
