Manoj Hande is an experienced quality management professional, currently serving as the Head of Quality at Panasonic Life Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. since April 2019, overseeing manufacturing processes for various products including wiring devices and LED lighting. Prior to this role, Manoj held leadership positions in quality at Anchor by Panasonic and Luminous Power Technologies, where responsibilities included enhancing customer satisfaction and managing quality at a cluster level. Manoj's extensive career also includes senior management positions at Schneider Electric, TVS Electronics, Whirlpool Corporation, and Philips Consumer Lifestyle, showcasing a strong background in quality assurance across diverse manufacturing sectors. Manoj earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University from 1988 to 1992.
