Ian Andal possesses extensive experience in hardware design and development, currently serving as MTS III at Panasonic Avionics Corporation since November 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing the overall design of LRUs, encompassing various stages such as sustaining, layout, analysis, evaluation, prototype build, and testing of multiple components and subsystems. Prior roles within the same company included MTS II and MTS I, both focused on assisting in similar design responsibilities. Ian's professional journey includes internships at Solid Camera, Inc., and STMicroelectronics, where skills in PCB creation, assembly, technical reporting, and circuit board reworking were developed. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 2009 and 2013.
