Olwen joined Pan Pac in 2011 having previously held senior HR roles in the banking, health, insurance and energy sectors. She has a wealth of expertise in people and culture development and is involved in the ongoing initiative to make Pan Pac an employer of choice.
Olwen leads a team responsible for Safety and Security, Environment, Human Resources, Employment Relations, Communications and Administration Services.
