Sergio Cedano, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of HRIS and Compliance at Pan American Silver Corp. since December 2018. Prior to this role, Sergio was the Manager of HRMS and Data Analytics at BGRS from January 2017 to December 2018, and the Manager of Human Resources Information Systems at Russel Metals Inc. between July 2013 and December 2016. Sergio began their career as an HRIS Implementation Specialist at ADP from December 2003 to June 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Data Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology (2020-2022), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto (1997-2002), a Project Management Certificate from McMaster University (2007-2008), and a Human Resources Management degree from George Brown College (2003-2005).
