Jae Min is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as Manager of Environment at Pan American Silver Corp. Since February 2020, Jae Min has progressively advanced from the role of Environmental Analyst to Senior Environmental Analyst. Prior experience includes a Strategic Planning Co-op Student position at Teck Resources Limited, where Jae Min contributed to mine planning efforts, and as VP Events for @McGill Engineering Investment Group, organizing career-related events for engineering students. Additionally, Jae Min gained hands-on experience as a Mining Engineering Co-op Student at Syncrude Canada Ltd., operating heavy machinery. Jae Min holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering with a minor in Economics from McGill University.
