Charles Peter Mwangi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and environmental conservation. Currently serving as the Head of Programs and Thematic Lead for Resilient People, Society and Economies at the Pan African Climate Justice Alliance since February 2019, Charles has also held the position of Head of Programs at the East African Wildlife Society since June 2017. With a strong background at the Green Belt Movement, including roles as Senior Programme Officer and Senior Project Officer from 2007 to 2013, Charles has demonstrated a commitment to sustainable development. Charles holds a Master of Science in Plant Ecology from Kenyatta University.
