Sugeng Utoyo is an experienced professional in mining and maintenance with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as a Mining Fleet Maintenance Consultant at Pamapersada Nusantara since October 1994. Utoyo has held various key roles, including Maintenance Process Safety Inspector at the KPP Indexim Project Sangkulirang, Maintenance Instructor Expert Coordinator, and Training Section Head. Utoyo's expertise extends to mechanical engineering, with prior positions at United Tractors and PT DJARUM, where maintenance and repair of heavy equipment were paramount. Utoyo is also a lecturer at Universitas Negeri Semarang and is actively pursuing further education, holding degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Management with a focus on Leadership and Strategic Management from BINUS University and other institutions.
