Nugroho Adisiswanto Sukarno is an experienced Operation Research Expert Team Leader at Pamapersada Nusantara since August 2015, specializing in optimization, cost control, budgeting, fleet management, and performance simulation. Prior roles include Operation Research Expert, Scientific Analytic Expert, and Data Evaluator/Analyst, focusing on business process optimization, project management, and data analysis. Nugroho's earlier experience includes serving as a Sales Engineer at Kawan Lama Group and a Purchasing Cost Engineer at Honda Prospect Motor. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management of Technology with a focus on Project Management from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Nugroho also holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta.
