Kardo Alminasyi currently serves as the Dewatering Group Leader at Pamapersada Nusantara, a position held since May 2019. Responsibilities include pump controlling, monitoring water levels, inspecting drainage systems, and implementing safety and environmental practices. Previous roles at Pamapersada Nusantara include Pit Service SHE Coordinator and Mine Water Treatment Group Leader, focusing on safety health and environmental compliance in mining operations. Kardo's career began as a Fresh Graduated Trainee at PT Asmin Bara Bronang and PT Bukit Asam, Tbk, after completing a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from The University of Riau. Earlier experience includes serving as a Junior Staff at Yayasan Abdurrab Pekanbaru.
