Bintang Alfian Nur Rachman is a Long Term Mine Planning Engineer at Pamapersada Nusantara since August 2017, responsible for developing sustainable mine project plans, including yearly, quarterly, and rolling three-month plans. Previous roles at the same company include Mine Design and Scheduling Expert and Drilling and Blasting Expert, where Bintang focused on optimizing pit designs and creating efficient blasting patterns. Bintang's experience also includes a field trip with PT. Total E&P Indonesia, where insights into petroleum plays were gained, and a simulation of oil company management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a high school diploma in Science from SMA Negeri 1 Jember.
