Hamed Safafar is an experienced professional in the field of Food Science and Technology with a comprehensive background in application management and research. Currently serving as an Application Manager for Lipids at Palsgaard A/S since April 2021, Hamed previously held roles such as Senior Application Scientist and Senior Application Specialist at LiqTech and BioMar, respectively. Hamed's career includes leadership positions in process innovation, technical management, and quality control within several organizations, including the National Food Institute and Iran Research Organization for Science and Technology.
