Wade Baustian is a Senior Reservoir Engineer at Paloma Resources, LLC since June 2024, previously serving as a Reservoir Engineer at Camino Natural Resources from March 2019 to June 2024, and as an Engineering Technician III at Cimarex Energy from May 2014 to March 2019. Wade holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas Permian Basin, earned between 2013 and 2018, and an Associate of Science in Mathematics and Science from Midland College, completed from 2012 to 2014.
