Tara Garson Flower is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success, sales, and digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Customer Success for JAPAC at Palo Alto Networks, Tara has previously held significant roles at ServiceNow, Airbus Group Inc., Amazon Web Services, SAP, PwC, and BearingPoint. Notable achievements include leading a 140% year-over-year business growth at ServiceNow, advising global executives at Airbus, and establishing a Customer Success organization at AWS that scaled to over 100 staff in just 12 months. Tara holds an MBA in International Management from RMIT University, a Bachelor of Music from The University of Queensland, a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Queensland, and is pursuing Executive Education in Organizational Leadership at INSEAD.
