Shawn Kirkland currently serves as the Head of Professional Services for Prisma Cloud in North America at Palo Alto Networks, where significant growth has been achieved by expanding the engineering team from 2 to 40 members and introducing 15 new service offerings. Prior to this role, Shawn was the Head of Professional Services for North America at Tenable, leading a consulting team and creating professional service offerings focused on vulnerability management. Shawn has also held senior engineering positions at the Alabama Housing Finance Authority and THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc., and served as Head of Disaster and Recovery for the Airforce at SAIC. Shawn's career began in the US Navy as an Operation Specialist, and Shawn holds a Bachelor's Degree in System Development from Auburn University at Montgomery.
