Kathleen Ansari serves as the Director and Assistant General Counsel at Palo Alto Networks since October 2019. With an extensive legal career, Kathleen has been the Legal Counsel, Principal, On Demand General Counsel, and Trademark Counsel at Ansari Law Group since September 2002, where significant contributions include drafting and negotiating media contracts and software agreements for major clients such as The Clorox Company and TIBCO Software. Prior experience includes roles at Cadence Design Systems as Director & Senior Corporate Counsel, where Kathleen managed commercial agreements and cloud-based models, and Senior Commercial Counsel at Facebook. Other positions include General Counsel at Taulia Inc. and Corporate Counsel at Fujitsu. Kathleen also has academic experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Santa Clara University School of Law. Kathleen holds a Master’s Degree in Linguistics with a Computational Option from Penn State University.
