Nidhi Gupta is an accomplished technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of SheTO since 2019, Nidhi is dedicated to increasing female representation in Engineering Executive positions. Nidhi has held significant positions such as Chief Technology & Product Officer at Hired, Inc., Senior Vice President of Product and Engineering at Tophatter, and Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Elance. Additionally, Nidhi has contributed to several boards, including serving on the Board of Directors for Agave and as President of the Board of Directors for the Palo Alto Art Center Foundation. Nidhi’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
