Derek Alderton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. As Managing Partner of Alderton Business Services, Derek also serves as Vice Chairman of Palm Tree LLC and Senior Partner at Draw.Solutions. In addition, Derek has held the position of Chairman at Audeze since May 2013 and has been a part-time lecturer at UCLA Anderson School of Management since September 2005. Previously, Derek co-headed the Media & Entertainment division at McKinsey & Company from September 1993 to February 2003. Derek holds an MBA in Marketing, Strategy, and Entertainment from UCLA Anderson School of Management, earned between 1991 and 1993, and also has academic ties to the University of Sydney.
