Tim Jones is an experienced professional in real estate finance and asset management, currently serving as Managing Director at Palm Capital Advisors Ltd since January 2015, specializing in pan-European loans and real estate across origination, execution, structuring, and financing. Prior experience includes roles at Hudson Advisors UK/Lone Star Funds in private equity real estate, overseeing £2bn+ in acquisitions and asset management, and at Jones Lang LaSalle, where Tim managed commercial real estate transactions amounting to €120m and supported a €300m institutional fund. Tim's career began with an internship at D2 Private in private equity real estate, followed by a corporate finance position at Allianz focusing on development and construction lending. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Real Estate Finance & Investment from the University of Reading and a BA in History from University College Dublin, complemented by an Erasmus year at Aarhus University in History and Corporate Finance.
