Bumpus Renee currently serves as the Chief Animal Conservation Officer at the Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society since October 2022. In addition, Bumpus Renee has been involved with the Principia College Continued Learning program as a Wildlife Conservation trip scholar since July 2021. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the Houston Zoo from March 2010 to October 2022 as the Senior Director of Wildlife Conservation Programs, and Bumpus Renee worked at the Mountain View Conservation Society as the Collections/Animal Care Curator from January 1999 to January 2010.
