Tracy Smith is a retired Deputy Sheriff with extensive law enforcement experience primarily within the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, serving from April 1999 until November 2016. Tracy's diverse roles included assignments as a Road Patrol Deputy, member of the Homeland Security Risk Assessment Team, and involvement in the Emergency Field Force. Prior to this, Tracy worked at the Village of Royal Palm Beach Police Department, where responsibilities included serving as the WMD Coordinator, Traffic Division duties, and narcotics investigations. Early career experience included a position at the Haines City Police Department, where Tracy initiated community policing programs and focused on crime reduction strategies. Additionally, Tracy served as a Master Defensive Tactics Instructor Trainer with Force Options USA from 2004 to September 2018 and is pursuing education at Barry University since 2012.
