Roberto Cosma's work experience begins in the year 2000 when they worked as a Software Analyst and Developer at Veniceplaza Spa. Roberto held this role for five years before transitioning to a role as an IT Consultant at Unicredit in 2005. Roberto then moved to Nozio later that year, where they worked as a Software Analyst and Developer for two and a half years. In 2008, Roberto joined Pallino as a Team Leader for Software Analyst and Developer. Roberto recently transitioned to the role of Digital Project Manager.

Roberto Cosma pursued their education in a chronological order, starting in 1993 and ending in 2022. Roberto attended ITIS F. Severi from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained the degree of Perito in elettronica e telecomunicazioni. Following this, from 2005 to 2012, Roberto studied at Università degli Studi di Ferrara, specializing in tecnologo della comunicazione audiovisiva e multimediale. Lastly, in pursuit of further professional development, they enrolled in 24ORE Business School for an Executive Master's degree in Project Management, completing it in 2022.
