Deepa Pakianathan is an independent member at Palleon Pharmaceuticals. Deepa has also previously worked for Theravance Biopharma US, Inc., Mereo BioPharma, Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc., Calithera Biosciences, Delphi Ventures, and J.P. Morgan. Deepa has a PhD in Molecular Biology from Stanford University and did their post-doctoral work at Genentech.

Deepa Pakianathan has a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Mumbai. Deepa also has a Doctor of Philosophy in Immunology and Immunoparasitology from Wake Forest University. In addition, they have a Master of Science in Immunology from Wake Forest University and a Master of Science in Biophysics from the University of Mumbai.
