Tom Gegg is an experienced project development and environmental governance professional currently serving as Project Development Lead for UK Nature Based Solutions at Palladium, where efforts focus on securing significant funding for nature restoration in Britain. Additional roles at Palladium include Senior Manager and Deputy Team Leader for the Multistakeholder Forestry Programme in Indonesia, along with experience managing operational oversight for various countries under the Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade Facilitation Unit. Tom is also a member of Green Angel Syndicate, supporting climate change innovations. Previous positions include Project Coordinator at The IDL Group, Policy Researcher at Ripple Effect, and roles in research and translation across several organizations. Tom holds a BSc in Environmental Geography and International Development from the University of East Anglia and a Master’s Degree in Development and Security from the University of Bristol.
