Katie McCoy is an experienced professional in climate, environment, and natural resources, currently serving as the Chief Partnerships Officer at Regeneration since May 2024. McCoy has held various roles at Palladium: Make It Possible since August 2017, including Senior Manager focused on Nature Based Solutions and Team Leader for Partnerships for Forests. Previous positions include Team Leader and Senior Manager at Partnerships for Forests and Head of Forests Program at CDP from February 2013 to August 2017. Early career roles involved project management and policy analysis, with initial experience at GlaxoSmithKline as a Quality Control Analyst. McCoy holds an MSc in Conservation Science from Imperial College London and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham.
