Mr. Kirschner joined Palladium in 2016 and serves as a Principal. Previously, he worked as a Senior Analyst at Prudential Capital Group. Mr. Kirschner serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies GoodWest and Trachte and previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Accupac and Paragon. Mr. Kirschner is a CFA and graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a B.S. in Management with concentrations in Finance, Economics and Information Systems.
