James Howe currently serves as Operations Manager and Night Planning Manager at Pall-Ex Group since January 2023. Previously, James held multiple roles at Tuffnells Parcels Express from January 2013 to January 2023, including Shift Manager and Operations Manager, after starting as a Warehouse Employee and progressing to become the second-in-command at the depot over a span of more than 7 years. James also worked as a Subcontract Manager at AO between October 2017 and February 2021. James holds an Associate's degree in Business and Mathematics from Richard Huish College, completed in September 2011.
