Yessenia Velasco has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Gerente de Aprendizaje y Desarrollo Organizacional LATAM at Pan-American Life Insurance Group since January 2016, where additional roles include HR Business Partner and Employee Relationship Officer for LATAM. Prior to this, Yessenia held the position of Human Resources Manager at Huawei Technologies from May 2012 to January 2016. Yessenia's academic background includes a Magíster degree in Gestión de Recursos Humanos from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE, attained between 2012 and 2015.
