Carlos has served as the COO of both Capital One FSB and Citibank Latin America Consumer Bank. He has also been CFO of Citibank North America Consumer Bank. Among his other experiences in management in the retail financial services industry in the United States, Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Carlos led Citibank FSB Florida and Maryland/Virginia regions as President and CEO.
In addition to the Pan-American Life board, Carlos is currently a member of the Boards of Directors of Banesco USA and of Regional Management Corporation (NYSE Symbol RM).
He holds a B.S. from New York University.
