Thomas Alascio first worked as a Beverage Manager at Ocean Grill Inc from April 1994 to January 1998. Thomas then joined Peterson Consulting Group in September 1997 as a Managing Partner, specializing in executive search for engineered products. After leaving Peterson Consulting Group in March 2011, they co-founded Palermo Rhodes, a boutique executive search firm focused on engineered products, A/E design firms, and the commercial construction industry.
