Taryn Dufour serves as the Global Head of Early Talent Recruiting and EMEA Head of University Recruiting at Palantir Technologies, a role held since August 2018, following positions as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Prior experience includes talent acquisition roles at Blockchain, Judopay, and Capital On Tap, all focused on innovative financial and technological solutions. Taryn began a part-time role as an HR Specialist Author while pursuing a Master of Management in Human Resource Management at Massey University, after earning a Bachelor of Music in Orchestral Instrument Performance from The University of British Columbia. Early career experience includes serving as a professional musician with the Canadian Armed Forces and the New Zealand Defence Force.
