Emma Merrick is an experienced recruiting professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Recruiting Lead at Palantir Technologies since August 2014, Emma has held various roles including Technical Recruiter and Recruitment Operations Specialist. Prior experiences include a Recruitment Coordinator position at Google and a Recruitment Assistant role at Yardi Systems, where Emma supported various recruitment processes and events. Emma's leadership skills were demonstrated as President of the Human Resources Student Association, which achieved the Superior Merit Award. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a focus on Applied Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and has further education in Human Resources Management.
