Doug Kaplan is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in operations and client services. Currently serving as the Manager of Regional Field Services at KAL TIRE COMMERCIAL SERVICES since September 2019, Doug leads a dispatch and field service team. Previously, Doug held positions at Paladin Technologies, advancing from Client Services Manager to Operations Manager, where responsibilities included strategic business development, performance monitoring, and team morale management. Additional roles include Alberta Operations Manager at Bucks Auto Parts, Branch Manager at Kone Cranes, and Retailer at Imperial Oil Canada. Doug founded Integrityplus Communication Ltd., focusing on broadband installation, and served as Installations Manager at Videotron. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management and a Technologist degree in Electronics Engineering from NAIT.
