Cindy Lund Chow has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cindy currently serves as the Director of People Development at Paladin Technologies, a role they assumed in September 2021. Prior to this, Cindy held the position of Learning and Development Manager at Seaspan ULC from 2017 to 2021, where they were responsible for designing and implementing learning solutions.

From 2013 to 2017, Cindy worked at St. John Ambulance BC/Yukon as the Director of Learning, overseeing the development and delivery of learning solutions. Before that, they served as the Proprietor - Learning and Performance Consultant at P3vantage Consulting, where they worked closely with businesses to enhance their performance strategies from 2009 to 2013.

Cindy's earlier career includes roles such as Learning and Development Manager at Hcareers, where they developed training programs and incorporated e-learning tools. Cindy also held the position of Learning and Development Manager at onTargetjobs, where they focused on leveraging successes from Hcareers to other verticals within the company.

Additionally, Cindy has experience as a Learning and Development Manager at COBS Bread and an Operations Training Specialist at 7-Eleven. Cindy began their career as a Senior Trainer at Petro-Canada, where they managed a training team and was responsible for developing and executing training curriculums.

Prior to their corporate roles, Cindy worked as the Manager of Institutional Development at Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute, where they launched an international consulting subsidiary and managed a consultant roster. Overall, Cindy Lund Chow has a strong background in learning and development, with expertise in designing and delivering comprehensive performance solutions.

Cindy Lund Chow's education history includes several certifications and training programs in various fields. In 1991, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing from the University of Saskatchewan. In 2004, they completed a certification as an Instructor/Facilitator from Langevin Learning Services, specializing in Adult Learning. Cindy then pursued a Certified Human Resource Practitioner certification in 2006 from the Human Resource Management Association. In 2007, they attended the same association to gain expertise in designing, developing, and implementing an Employee Orientation Program. In 2008, they obtained an Online E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (formally ASTD) and learned about setting concrete goals and metrics for performance from the Human Resource Management Association. In 2010, they attended the Association for Talent Development (ASTD) to learn about managing and responding to urgent requests. Cindy further enhanced their skills in mobile learning, content management, and Agile Development at the Mobile Learning Conference & Expo in 2014. In 2015, they received training in Rapid Authoring tools for on-demand learning and performance support tools from Ancile uPerform Authoring and Administration. The following year, in 2016, they attended FOCUSON Learning to specialize in MOBILE, VIDEO, and PERFORMANCE SUPPORT. Cindy'smost recent education endeavor is an Agile Project Management Certificate from the Learning Guild, which they began in 2018.
