Alan Barton has been a Senior Advisor to Paladin Capital on strategic and operational matters since Paladin’s organization. Prior to that he was a senior partner at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP, a global law firm, for over 20 years, during which he led the firm’s venture capital and private equity fund practice. He has been Co-Chair of the Corporations Law Section of the California State Bar and an advisor to the National Venture Capital Association on securities law matters. A resident of Los Angeles, California, Alan is on the Stem Cell Research Oversight Committee and Institutional Review Board of Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
