Charles Armstrong possesses extensive experience in security and facility management, currently serving as a Facility Patrol Security at Palace Sports & Entertainment since August 2007. Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling, conducting daily patrols, writing reports, and managing CCTV operations and the command center. Charles is CPR/AED certified and trained as a Crowd Manager. Previous experience includes working as a Crowd Control Attendant, focusing on crowd management, guest services, and safety documentation. Additionally, Charles was a Kitchen Steward at Shepherd's Hollow Golf Club from 2005 to 2011, where duties involved inventory management, food preparation, and supporting the executive head chef. Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from the University of Michigan-Flint, completed in 2015.
