Markus Aschendorf currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Pakistan Microfinance Investment Company and the European Fund for Southeast Europe, along with being a Member of the Advisory Committee for the Nomou Jordan Fund. Since 1996, Markus Aschendorf has held various roles at KfW, including Head of Division for Equity/Funds in Europe, MENA, and Asia, and Head of Division for Sustainable Economic Development in Southeast Europe/Turkey. Educational qualifications include a Diplom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Bayreuth, along with diplomas from the Institute of Directors (IoD) and Sparkasse Rhein-Neckar in banking.
