Pratik Joshi has a diverse work experience in the software development industry. Pratik is currently working at PairSoft as a Software Development Team Lead since October 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Sr. Software Engineer at PairSoft from January 2020 to September 2022.

Before joining PairSoft, Pratik worked at CIMCON Software for a significant period of time. Pratik held various roles during their tenure at CIMCON, including Module Lead from July 2019 to December 2019, Sr. Software Engineer from July 2018 to June 2019, Software Engineer from November 2015 to June 2018, Jr. Software Engineer from May 2014 to October 2015, and Trainee from December 2013 to April 2014.
