Stephan Stricker has a diverse professional background. Stephan began their career in 2007 as a Trainee at Deloitte, followed by a Trainee role at Henkel. In 2008, they returned to Deloitte as a Trainee, and in 2010 they moved to KPMG AG WP as an Assistant Manager - Transaction Services (M&A) & Restructuring. In 2013, Stephan joined AppLift (a HitFox Group Company) as Head of Business Development, and in 2014 they became Vice President Internationalization and Strategic Development at ad2games (also a HitFox Group Company). In 2016, they became a Member of Board and Managing Director at nevaly, as well as Founder & CEO of PAIR Finance.

Stephan Stricker received their Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of M\u00fcnster between 2003 and 2009. Stephan then went on to receive their ACCA from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants between 2010 and 2016. Stricker also obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Sydney between 2006 and 2007.
