Elena L. Moore is an experienced Talent and Recruitment Specialist currently working at S&A since March 2023, while also serving as a Recruitment Specialist at RHA Health Services, LLC since January 2021. In addition to these roles, Elena Moore has been actively involved in marketing, recruitment, and business development at PAHrtners Deaf Services Careers since May 2013 and is the owner of Elena Moore Consulting, offering specialized recruitment and marketing consulting services since 2012. Previous positions include Marketing Product Manager at Communication Service for the Deaf from July 2017 to June 2018 and American Sign Language Instructor at the University of Central Florida from August 2011 to June 2017.
