Victoria Payne serves as the Senior Director of Culture and Strategy at PagerDuty, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on enhancing employee engagement throughout the employee lifecycle. Previously, Victoria held the role of Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Operations at PagerDuty. Before this, Victoria was with VMware as the Global GTM Talent Acquisition Leader for the Modern Applications Business Unit following its acquisition of Pivotal. Victoria’s earlier experience at Pivotal Software spanned various positions, including Director of Americas Talent Acquisition and Chief of Staff (HR), overseeing global recruiting strategies and talent acquisition programs. Additional roles at Greenplum Database and EMC further solidified Victoria's expertise in HR strategy and operations. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
