Maggie Graves is an experienced professional in solution consulting, currently serving as a Senior Associate Solution Consultant at PagerDuty since January 2022. Prior to this role, Maggie worked as a Solution Consultant at ServiceNow and as a Consultant at CBX Software. Previous positions include an IoT Implementation Intern at Koriist and a Technical Marketing Engineer Intern at Cisco. Maggie also has a background in marketing and sales, having served as a Campus Manager for Power Crunch and a Marketing Assistant for Mortgage Lending Consulting Group, as well as roles in customer service at Orangetheory Fitness and INDO Restaurant & Lounge. Maggie started a career as a PSIA Level 1 certified ski instructor at Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. An alumnus of San Diego State University, Maggie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems with a Minor in Computer Science.
