Jill Rock is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in developing and executing global recruitment strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Global GTM Talent Acquisition at PagerDuty since March 2022, Jill previously held significant roles at Cohesity and VMware, including Global Talent Acquisition Leader and Director of Global Talent Acquisition, respectively. Throughout Jill's career, there has been a strong focus on diversity and inclusion, demand planning, and collaboration with executive leaders across various business units and regions. Prior to these roles, Jill contributed to talent acquisition efforts at Humana and worked as an executive recruiter for independent consulting firms and Kforce Inc., beginning their career as a paralegal at Morse, Grimes & Phillips Law Firm. Jill holds a degree from Texas State University.
